Urgent requirement for Medical Admin / BAMS or BHMS doctors.

Location - Kalyani Nagar, Pune

Qualification - BAMS / BHMS

Experience - 3 years

Salary - LPA - LPA

Job role -

Take daily patient rounds & counsel & resolve medical care-related grievances

Monitor the department's budget and prepare accurate reports about your findings.

Handle scheduling of duty & work of the team.

Keep detailed records of medical and office supplies stock.

Develop work schedules for all employees.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to identify their issues and needs.

Respond to questions from doctors, nurses, and patients promptly.

Ensure patient medical records are kept up to date.

Keep records of all expenses

Nursing Administration of Elder Care Home

Team management of 16 Care Assistants

Coordination with Dr, Physiotherapist, family, and Sr Management

Coordination for any hospitalization.
