• qualification -- diploma mechanical or be mechanical

• age – within 35 years maximum.

• hands on working experience of 2 to 3 years in machine shop having milling, lathe, vmc, cnc machining, wirecut edm. toolroom etc.

• knowledge of precision machining practice and tools used.

• should have worked with press tools, press components, metal finishing, precision assembly.

• should be able to focus on small components and perform tasks with accuracy.

• good hand eye co-ordination and skills

• should be work well with others, communicate effectively and contribute to a team environment.
