K9HR SOLUTIONS is looking for Maintenance Head as follows:

• Define strategy, set systems and procedures, create budget and ensure that the production facilities and other sections of the plant are maintained at optimum efficiency to ensure planned production, while controlling costs and maintaining highest standards of quality and safety for man and machine.

• Maintain and updated knowledge of modern maint techniques, machinery, processes and equipment. To define main target of plant and machineries in line with prod plan and plant's goal. To carry on predictive, productive and planned maintenance of plant and machineries without any deviations.

• Along with NPD team carry out feasibility study for minor and major works, new projects, estimation of manpower, material and timeline, installation and commissioning, tools management etc.

• Specific maintenance of foundry processes and applications like High pressure molding line, sand plant, induction furnaces etc. To ensure timely breakdown attendance and repairs of production line without stoppages.

• Knowledge about energy saving projects, project planning, commissioning projects, corrective and preventive actions on breakdown, specific compliance related to 132 KVA electrical lines and substation

• Excellent knowledge in and working experience in various systems like TQM, TPM, 5'S, IMS, Six Sigma, plant safety practices, utility services etc.

• Knowledge & Information: Knowledge about production processes, product knowledge, plant layouts, machine diagrams, machineries and various equipment's and its applications, new technologies, projects and its planning, tools management, tool's planning and budgets preparation.

• Customer Requirements: To understand and deliver quick responses to all the customers of plant maintenance dept. Participation in planning and execution, with foundry head for business development and NPD, customer requirements and deliverables, product costing quality norms, tools and utilities etc.

• Planning, Execution & Monitoring: Main planning and execution, manpower planning, budgeting of spares and consumables, tools, spares, energy, reports, MIS, SOPs, customer audit's compliances etc.

• Quality & Efficiency: To build appreciation for quality, minimizing rework, analysis of customer complaints and corrective / preventive actions, develop safety standards in processes. Train the main team members about technical competencies and mordent main techniques to enhance main efficiency.

• Business plan & Cost control: Contribute in annual budgeting and approvals, optimum utilization of available sources, healthy business communication, cost consciousness in plant anc control over financial liabilities.

• 10 to 12 years in plant maintenance in SG Iron / Gray Iron casting, HPML, vertical flask less, Diametric foundry, Ferrous foundries. Min 3 to 5+ years as main head in any similar foundry.

• BE (Mech/Electrical) or Diploma (Mech/Electrical) + Hands on expr in Foundry main not less than 10+ years.

• Planning, organizing, scheduling and monitoring controls, problem analysis & problem solving, excellent management skill of man, material and machines. Excellent communication and analysis skill.

• Proficient in systems, Microsoft office, internet & intranet, SAP/ ERP, various MIS, databased management systems and technical systems.
