Preventive Maintenance of machines. Ensure PM as per plan.

Ensure zero breakdowns. Initiate, implement, and monitor NCs, CA / PA for breakdowns.

Review CA/ PA. Review Breakdown analysis.

Maintain list and define methodology for Identification of machines / plant facilities.

Provide support in TPM activities (PM Pillar activities / TBM / CBM / OEE / MTTR / MTBF).

Ensure requirement of personnel, safety measures, during maintenance activity.

Identify requirements of critical spares and maintain.

Managing various materials, engineering and commercial aspects for project & maintenance items.

Low Cost Automation.

Upkeep of housekeeping and safety practices.

On-job training of assistants / Operators.

Liasoning with MIDC, MSEB, MPCB & other external agencies for related work.
