Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Email & Chat Support Specialist to join our customer support team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers via email and chat, providing timely, accurate, and helpful assistance. The ideal candidate will be a clear communicator with strong writing skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.

Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them through solutions or escalate to the appropriate team when necessary.

Accurately document all interactions and customer feedback.

Maintain deep knowledge of company products, services, and policies.

Meet or exceed KPIs related to response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.

Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and efficient support.

Identify trends in customer issues and suggest improvements to internal processes or FAQs.

Stay up to date with product updates and process changes.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a customer support role (email/chat-based preferred).

Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong typing speed and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Comfortable working independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Familiarity with support tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar platforms is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting SaaS, e-commerce, or tech products.

Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed.
