A Loan Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling loan products (such as personal loans, home loans, auto loans, or business loans) to individual or corporate clients. The role involves generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets by offering the best-fit financial solutions.
Promote and sell loan products to potential customers through direct or indirect channels.
Identify prospective clients and generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and walk-ins.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, terms, and documentation requirements to clients.
Assist customers throughout the loan application and approval process.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and new clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan disbursal.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM tools or internal systems.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and financial regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
Basic knowledge of loan products and financial services.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
