Job Description

Good Knowledge of US Insurance processing(US)

Good Reading Comprehension i.e. ability to read text, understand its meaningand process it

Has prior experience in back office operations

Should meet the daily Production Target defined in the process

Ensure accuracy, touch time and other applicable service levels of the transactional processing

Share & follow best practices

Flexible for Shift rotations and 5 days a week working if required should support on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). No Indian Holidays

Should be able to perform in multiple processes

Escalate any deviation to defined process & seek immediate assistance
