• responsible for providing market intelligence insights into various target markets, potential clients, industry issues and trends, competitive analysis etc.

• track and analyse the market information and compile into prescribed formats within the agreed timelines.

• good communication skills. ability to interact with prospects, generate leads thru calls, email & social media campaigns.

• understand complex market requests, prioritize tasks. able to manage independently with limited supervision.

• proficient in microsoft office tools (word, powerpoint, excel, sharepoint, teams..).

• exposure to sales force or zoho crm is a plus.
