we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled it consultant to join our engineering - software department. the ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years of experience in the it services industry, with at least four years in a dedicated consulting role. you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of software projects.

responsibilities:

analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications, including creating workflow charts, diagrams, and documentation (srs, frs).

act as the primary liaison between end-users and software development teams, managing expectations and resolving complex issues.

design, develop, and implement efficient it systems and solutions to meet business and technology needs.

maintain, modify, and manage software systems, and applications throughout their lifecycle.

develop and execute comprehensive testing procedures to confirm program functionality and performance.

research and recommend new technologies and best practices to enhance system performance and business processes.

coordinate with developers to ensure timely and effective implementation of technology solutions.

qualifications:

/ (cs or it) or mca.

minimum of 6 years of experience in the it services industry, with at least 4 years as an it consultant.

proven ability to manage projects from conception to completion.

strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

familiarity with the latest technology trends and software development methodologies.
