job description:-

· counselor for permanent residency to canada & australia

· ability to explain various visa process, helping the clients to understand the immigration procedure for canada.

· handle client over the phone, emails, and face to face counseling

· update the client about immigration information like their age, education, work experience, language, eligibility, and their chances of immigration.

· interact with professionals/clients in person and assist them with the overseas process.

provide updates to clients via emails and phone calls.

give clear and accurate information based on current immigration & visa laws & policies.

making outbound calls to either “warm” or “hot” leads provided & solve the queries regarding visas.

should have sales experience in visa and immigration industry

location – bangalore.

qualification - graduate.

requirements:-

experienced / freshers can apply.

prior experience in overseas education / immigration / sales, recruitment or counseling.

ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers

excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

familiarity with computers and the internet.
