Job Description

An ICU RMO (Intensive Care Unit Resident Medical Officer) is a doctor responsible for managing critically ill patients in the ICU. Key duties include monitoring patient vital signs, diagnosing and treating acute conditions, administering medications and treatments, and performing life-saving procedures. They work closely with intensivists and other medical staff to provide round-the-clock care, respond to emergencies, and ensure patient safety. The ICU RMO also assists in patient assessments, maintains detailed records, and provides support for families regarding patient conditions.
