bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.

proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and hr policy development.

knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.

strong skills in payroll management, benefits administration, and hr software.

excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

ability to manage hr projects and work with cross-functional teams.

experience in outsourcing or it services industry preferred.

proficiency in microsoft office and hrms tools.
