Schedule and conduct interviews and finalize selections.
Complete joining formalities, documentation, and ID generation.
Conduct store orientation and HR policy briefing for all new joiners.
Ensure proper handholding in the first 7 days of joining.
Monitor daily attendance through biometric/manual records.
Approve/reject leaves in coordination with department heads.
Track absenteeism, late comings, and weekly offs.
Listen to employee complaints and resolve them fairly.
Escalate serious concerns to the senior management.
Maintain a grievance log and track resolutions.
Ensure grooming standards, mobile usage policy, punctuality, and behavior norms are followed.
Take disciplinary action when necessary as per company policies.
Conduct random store floor checks.
Organize basic training for grooming, customer service, billing process, and SOP adherence.
Arrange refresher training monthly or as needed.
Collect performance reports from department heads.
Maintain records of achievements, behavior issues, and training needs.
Coordinate annual appraisal documentation.
Organize staff birthday celebrations, festival events, monthly rewards, or motivational sessions.
Maintain a happy and positive store work culture.
Maintain personal files of all staff (physical and/or digital).
Update records for offer letters, policy handbooks, and warning letters.
Submit monthly HR reports (new joins, exits, attendance summary).
Ensure store HR practices are aligned with company policy and compliance norms.
