Job Description

We are looking for a candidate for HR Recruiter position. If you think you are the one in making the right choices, when it comes to picking the appropriate person for the designated job, we want you here!

- Calling candidates & setting up interviews

- Filtering incoming applications

- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms

- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts

- Screen resumes and application forms

- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates

- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks

- Take care of the Generalist Role as well

- Take care of the Joining Formalities, Induction, Exit Interviews, etc
