1. Design and Implement overall recruiting strategy.

4. Screen candidates resumes and job applications form

5. Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude

6. Line up the candidates for personal interview with the client.

7. Act as a point of contact to client and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
