The HR Audit role within our Sedex & Social team focuses on ensuring that our HR practices adhere to compliance standards and social responsibility requirements. The role involves conducting audits, analyzing HR processes, and collaborating with departments to implement improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-10 years of experience in HR auditing, compliance, or a related field within the manufacturing industry.

Salary - 40,000 to 50,000 Per Month

Strong understanding of Sedex standards and social compliance issues.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate HR processes.

Proficient in using HRIS and data analysis tools.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey audit findings and recommendations.

Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive HR audits to assess compliance with Sedex standards and social responsibility policies.

Analyze HR processes and practices to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with industry best practices.

Collaborate with various departments to gather data and insights for audit purposes.

Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management with actionable recommendations.

Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and follow up on progress.

Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations that may impact HR policies.
