21st Century trainers’ responsibilities include all aspects of planning, executing and servicing to deliver the best learning experience for the students. The trainer will also be working closely with the curriculum development team to prepare and test new modules and share outcomes of the existing modules.
Pre-Requisites:
- High-Speed internet connection
- Power backup (if needed)
- Laptop with video facility to conduct and record classes (currently on zoom)
- Basic knowledge of Zoom workings
- A quiet and peaceful place to conduct classes
- Professional code of conduct
Skills Needed:
- Passion to teach and make a change in a student’s life - to be more of a facilitator
and a friend of the student.
- Ability to connect with students and parents ( 5-17 years)
- Basic or above understanding of 21st Century Skills
- Proficiency in English language, both spoken and written
Job Description:
- Scheduling, preparing, delivering, and servicing each class.
- Determining the best modules to be conducted in each class according to the
student(s) level and requirements (focusing on areas that require improvement).
- Proactively communicating with parents to make sure they understand each class’s
objectives and outcomes for their child.
- Training students according to the needs, abilities, and achievements of the
individual students and groups of students.
- Sharing homework and discussing problem areas with respect to work carried out by
students.
- Assessing, recording, and reporting for each student and sharing the same with the
parents periodically and with the curriculum designer.
- Providing or contributing to oral and written assessments, reports, and references
relating to each student.
- Providing guidance and advice to students on educational and social matters to further their learning and life goals.
- Communicating, consulting, and co-operating with other team members to share student feedback especially in case of new enrolments through demo classes.
