Job Summary:

The Helper will be responsible for providing essential support to various departments or skilled workers, assisting with tasks that ensure smooth operations, cleanliness, and efficiency. This role requires physical stamina, a willingness to learn, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Assisting Skilled Workers: Provide direct assistance to [mention specific skilled roles, ., Electricians, Mechanics, Production Operators, Masons, Carpenters] by carrying tools, materials, and equipment as needed.

Material Handling: Load, unload, and move materials, supplies, and finished products manually or using basic equipment (., hand trucks, trolleys) as directed.

Site/Area Maintenance: Assist in keeping the work area, premises, or construction site clean, organized, and free from obstructions or debris. This includes sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.

Tool and Equipment Care: Clean and maintain tools and basic equipment, ensuring they are stored properly and in good working condition.

Basic Tasks: Perform basic, repetitive tasks as instructed, such as sorting materials, packaging items, preparing simple mixtures, or holding components.

Safety Adherence: Strictly follow all safety rules, company policies, and use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times to ensure a safe working environment for self and others. Report any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.

Follow Instructions: Understand and follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors or senior staff.

Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively and respectfully with all team members, supervisors, and colleagues to achieve daily goals.

Physical Work: Be able to perform tasks that require physical exertion, including lifting, carrying, bending, standing for long periods, and repetitive movements.
