Roles and Responsibilities
Greet passengers upon arrival, assist with check-in procedures, and provide information on flight schedules and services.
Ensure efficient handling of passenger luggage and special requests.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth travel experience for all customers.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal area.
Collaborate with other ground staff members to resolve any issues or concerns.
Desired Candidate Profile
0-1 year of experience in airlines, air hostess activities, cabin crew activities, cargo handling, front desk operations, guest relations, hospitality management or related fields.
Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken).
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of IATA regulations and aviation industry practices.
