key responsibilities:
design creation: develop visually appealing designs for various mediums including digital, print, and multimedia. this can include logos, brochures, websites, social media graphics, advertisements, and packaging.
concept development: collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and create design concepts that align with the brand's objectives.
presentation skills: present design concepts to clients or stakeholders, explaining the rationale behind design choices and how they meet project goals.
software proficiency: utilize graphic design software, such as adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator, indesign) and other tools to create and edit designs.
project management: manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and that all design outputs are delivered on time and within budget.
qualifications:
experience: 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and print work.
proficiency in design software: knowledge of adobe creative suite (illustrator, photoshop, coreldraw) and other design tools like sketch, indesign, figma.
communication: excellent communication and time-management skills.
