public procurement knowledge

advanced ms excel & documentation skills

english & hindi (written/verbal) communication

legal/compliance issue handling

qualifications: graduate/post-graduate (bba/mba/commerce)

35 yrs gem operations experience

experience with ministries/psus/defence procurement preferred
