• greet guests with a welcoming smile and friendly demeanor
• perform all guest check-in and check-out procedures
• assign rooms to guests and inform them of any specials offered by the hotel.
• organize transport services for guests at their request.
• registers guests and manages the rooming chart.
• answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel
• maintain a clean and tidy workspace at all times
• resolve customer complaints and problems calmly and effectively
hotel front desk requirements:
• strong written and verbal communication skills.
• excellent customer service skills.
• computer literate and proficient using microsoft suite
• previous experience in hospitality industry only.
