Job Description

The Flight Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of flight operations to ensure the safe and timely departure and arrival of flights. Key responsibilities include managing flight attendants, flight engineers, and flight stewards, as well as coordinating with ground operation staff and ground management teams to ensure efficient aircraft turnarounds. The Flight Supervisor is also responsible for coordinating flight reservations, handling any in-flight emergencies, and ensuring compliance with all airline regulations and procedures.
