job summary

we are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging financial trainer to join our team. the ideal candidate will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs focused on financial products, compliance, and sales techniques. you will play a vital role in enhancing employee financial knowledge, improving performance, and driving organizational growth.

key responsibilities:

✅ design and deliver training programs on financial products, services, compliance, and selling techniques.

✅ develop engaging materials — presentations, manuals, case studies, and assessments.

✅ conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for employees and partners.

✅ evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.

✅ stay updated on financial regulations, products, and market trends.

✅ collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and design custom learning modules.

✅ maintain training records and prepare reports on outcomes.

✅ conduct both classroom and virtual training sessions.

✅ ensure all compliance-related training (sebi, rbi, irdai, etc.) is up to date.

✅ mentor and support learners throughout their development process.

requirements:

🎓 bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or related field (mba/pgdm preferred).

💼 2–5 years of experience in training, preferably in the bfsi (banking, financial services & insurance) sector.

📘 strong understanding of financial products — mutual funds, insurance, loans, investments, etc.

💬 excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

💻 proficiency in ms office (especially powerpoint) and familiarity with lms platforms.

🎥 ability to conduct both in-person and virtual sessions.

preferred qualifications:

⭐ nism / amfi / irda certifications preferred.

⭐ experience in sales or customer-facing training roles.

⭐ knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
