Minimum 12 pass out from recognized board or institution from any stream.

Hard working able to cope up with the mass people to understand their requirement to fulfill basic need of life.

Motorcycle is mandatory for field work and village or urban area to organize the system accordingly.

60% of work field based and rest of the work office based.

Candidate should have good command over verbal communication skill for this position able to speak very well local language Bengali fluently also hindi will be added advantage for candidate.

Candidate must comfortable with mathematical calculation to perform well in manner for the said position.

Person should be good learner and mass relationship build up with meeting new people to give moral support to them .

Easy going and observation situation handling and suggesting people about the way out with a realistic perspective as well.

Promotion, Coordination , collective information collection from the field and accordingly systemized the information.

Ready to work under any kind of circumstance and find the possibility for growth with proper orientation.

Helping attitude to work as a team player and build up team spirit as well.

Must Have 2 wheeler & valid license.
