-establish cleanliness standards and work procedures for housekeeping staff.
-assign hk staff their duties and prepare a schedule & checklist based on property
structure.
-conduct regular audit and inspection for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness
-investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take
corrective action.
-conduct orientation training and in-service training to explain policies, work procedures and to
demonstrate the use and maintenance of hk materials /equipment.
-maintain inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies.
