key responsibilities:
leadership & management:
• lead, train, and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff.

menu development & innovation:
• design and implement creative menus focusing on western and mediterranean cuisine.
• introduce new dishes and optimize existing menu items based on guest preferences and trends.
• incorporate local ingredients and seasonal elements for unique offerings.
quality control & standards:
• deliver consistently high-quality food across all dishes.
• monitor food storage, inventory control, and minimize waste.
• ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards, including haccp guidelines.
operational excellence:
• oversee supply ordering, stock management, and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• manage food costs and waste to meet financial goals.
• collaborate with the restaurant management team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
