Position Overview:
Doctor Rekha Ayurveda is looking for a highly organized, young, energetic and efficient Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Dr. Rekha's daily schedule, coordinating meetings, booking travel arrangements, and handling various miscellaneous tasks. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Schedule Management:
Manage and organize Dr. Rekhas calendar, ensuring timely scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events.
Prioritize and reschedule appointments as needed, ensuring no conflicts and timely reminders.
Travel Coordination:
Book domestic and international flights, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation for Dr. Rekha.
Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all travel arrangements align with Dr. Rekhas preferences and requirements.
Meeting Coordination:
Schedule, coordinate, and prepare agendas for meetings, ensuring Dr. Rekha is fully prepared for all engagements.
Attend meetings when necessary, taking minutes and following up on action items.
Communication Management:
Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and other correspondence, responding on behalf of Dr. Rekha as needed.
Draft and proofread letters, emails, and other communications for Dr. Rekha.
Social Media Management:
Assist in managing Dr. Rekha's professional social media pages (., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Coordinate content posting, track engagement, and collaborate with the marketing team if required.
