JOB TITLE – EVENT MANAGER

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Event Manager to lead the end-to-end planning and execution of both in-person and virtual events, tailored to elevate our brand and engage our discerning clientele. This role requires a balance of creative vision, logistical precision, and client-centric thinking. Working closely with the marketing, sales, and merchandising teams, you will ensure that each event not only enhances the customer journey but also drives measurable ROI through strategic event planning, execution, and post-event analysis to support business objectives such as lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

Key Roles :

- Sustainable Lead Generation

- Post event ROI and Lead Conversion

- Designing and Implementing a Detailed Event Calendar to ensure seamless planning and execution

- Vendor Coordination

(Managing Third party service providers such as decorators, suppliers etc)

- Efficient Execution of Logistics and Operations for both In-person and Virtual Events

(It Includes Venue Setup, Equipment Management, Scheduling, Staffing etc)

- Brand partnerships and Content Collaborations

(Enhancing Brand Visibility and Expanding reach including collaboration with influencers and public figures)

- Data Management

(Managing Event Financial data, Customer Data, Event Timing and Scheduling Data, Event Logistics and Setup Data)

- Crisis Management

(Responsibility of Developing Contingency Plans, Coordinating Emergency Responses)

- Coordinating and Executing Personalized Guest outreach though Calls and Offline Invitations
