key responsibilities
respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or on-site visits.
diagnose technical problems and determine proper solutions.
perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment as required.
conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
escalate complex issues to higher-level technical teams when necessary.
maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.
coordinate with the sales and product teams to address recurring customer concerns.
ensure compliance with safety standards and company service protocols.
follow up with customers to confirm resolution and satisfaction.
qualifications & skills
education: diploma / bachelor��s degree in mechanical, electrical, electronics, computer science, or related field.
experience: 1 - 3 years in technical support, field service, or customer care roles (freshers with strong technical aptitude may be considered).
skills:
strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
good communication and interpersonal abilities.
hands-on technical troubleshooting capability.
proficiency in ms office and basic crm tools.
ability to work independently and travel to client locations when required.
other requirements:
valid driving license preferred.
willingness to work in rotational shifts or extended hours if needed.
