Work Responsibilities :

· To answer & make calls for various reasons- take orders, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information

· Communicating with clients and customers about their experiences with the services provided and taking feedbacks on time

· Maintaining records of transactions and interactions

· Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required

· Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

· Offer support and solutions to customers and clients in accordance with the company's customer service policies

· Reporting to the team leader for day-to-day functioning

· Other duties as requested
