administer medications, iv therapies, and advanced life support measures as necessary.

operate and monitor life-support equipment (., ventilators, cardiac monitors).

document patient care accurately and promptly using electronic health records (ehr).

support families and educate them on treatment plans and care procedures.

participate in code blue and rapid response teams.

ensure infection control and safety compliance within the unit.

collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
