Curriculum Development and Instruction:

Design, develop, and implement comprehensive lesson plans and curriculum that align with educational standards and cater to diverse learning needs (., beginners to advanced, specific software/programming).

Deliver engaging and interactive lessons on a wide range of computer topics, including:

Computer fundamentals (hardware, software, operating systems)

Productivity suites (., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)

Programming languages (., Python, Java, C++, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Web development, digital literacy, and internet safety

Database management, networking, and cybersecurity concepts

Emerging technologies (., AI, machine learning, cloud computing)

Prepare and update instructional materials, handouts, and training documentation.

Integrate technology effectively into lessons to enhance learning outcomes and facilitate remote/hybrid learning as needed.

Student Assessment and Support:

Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, projects, and examinations.

Provide constructive feedback and individualized support to help students improve and build confidence.

Monitor and track student advancement throughout the course.

Guide students in research or project work, and assist with academic and career development.

Classroom/Lab Management:

Maintain an orderly, safe, and positive learning environment.

Ensure computer laboratories and equipment are in excellent working condition, including performing software updates and basic hardware maintenance.

Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during lessons.

Collaboration and Professional Development:

Collaborate with other teachers, faculty, and administration to develop cross-curricular projects and initiatives that incorporate technology.

Attend parent-teacher and faculty conferences as required.

Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements, educational software, and industry trends to continuously enhance teaching methods and curriculum.

Engage in continuous professional development activities and certifications.
