Roles and Responsibilities

1. Handling official e-mails, calls, whatsapp groups, drafting regular emails on behalf of the institution.

2. Handling communication calls, event calendar, and program logistics.

3. Assuming the responsibility from the board and delegating the work to the stakeholders.

4. Planning, managing and organizing visit of the board.

5. Retrieving important files and filing documents, drafting letters and proposals.

6. Providing back end support and coordination.

7. Accompanying CYL/IIGL board for high-level meetings and interactions for keeping a note of the minutes.

Desired Candidate Profile Advanced English Proficiency (Spoken and Written), Hindi Proficiency(Spoken and Written), Advanced Writing Skills (English), Communication Management Skills, Email Writing and must possess a working laptop.
