We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hair Clinic Manager to join our team. As a Hair Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring high-quality customer service, implementing strategies to increase the sale and managing staff to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop staff to deliver excellent customer service

Develop and implement effective operational procedures

Coordinate with medical professionals to ensure smooth clinic operations

Create training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills

Handle patient inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Proven experience in budgeting and financial management

Increasing the sale of clinic

Strong medicine knowledge and experience in a medical setting

Ability to train and develop staff

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is an add on benefit

Experience in the hair and skin care industry is a plus
