What you’ll be doing

Manager – Client servicing, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible

for building long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering highquality service. You will lead a team (if applicable), manage client expectations, resolve

issues proactively, and work cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, operations,

delivery, etc.) to ensure that client deliverables are met on time and with excellence. The

role requires strong interpersonal skills, project management ability, and a deep

understanding of customer needs and business goals.

You will be responsible for…

1. Client Relationship Management - Own client accounts, foster trust, and drive

repeat business.

2. Project & Service Delivery Oversight - Coordinate with internal teams to

ensure timely, accurate, and quality delivery.

3. Account Growth & Upselling -Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell

services based on client needs.

4. Client On boarding & Communication -Lead smooth on boarding processes

and establish communication cadences.

5. Issue Resolution & Escalation Handling -Act as the go-to problem-solver for

client challenges and concerns.

6. Reporting & Feedback Loop - Provide regular updates and actionable insights

to clients and leadership.

7. Team Collaboration & Leadership -Manage junior client servicing execs (if

applicable), ensuring team KPIs are met

What skills & experience you’ll bring to us

 Relevant work experience of 10 years and above

 Experience working in a fast growing start-up

 Strong communication and Analytical Skills

 Ability to meet timelines and deliver results.

 Team Management

 Relationship Management

 Client Communication

 Business Development

 Graphic Designing, Adobe Suite,

 Exposure of tools like Project Management & Collaboration, Creative Tools,

Design Tools will be an added advantage
