-Act as a bridge between our client and their customers

-Manage the end to end operations on the Client part

-Develop potential customer relationship that promote retention and loyalty, ultimately improving customer lifetime value

-Communicate thoughtful, customised solutions that will help customers move forward

-Nurture the already existing relationships

-Managing portfolio, maintaining, and nurturing existing relationships with customers

-Taking care of their grievances/queries

-Taking care of customer queries and grievances on behalf of our client

-Solving operational problems by coordinating with the venue partners and city coordination

-Reporting issues (unanticipated closures, strikes, etc.) to the Amsterdam team and helping them take care of the affected orders

-Serving as a bridge between the customers, our client, and the venue partners

-Reporting loopholes in the process using the information provided by our team

-Being a good human. Providing emotional support as and when required.
