Job Title: Client Acquisition Specialist

Location: BHUBANESWAR

Job Description:

Right Fit Resources OPC Pvt Ltd is looking for a talented and experienced Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new client relationships, and working with them to understand their needs and goals. You will also be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new client relationships

Work with clients to understand their needs and goals

Develop and execute sales strategies

Close deals

Manage client relationships

Track and analyze sales data to improve the sales process

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in client acquisition or a related field

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

Strong understanding of the sales process

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the IT industry

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems

Experience with cold calling and email marketing
