Job Description

channel acquisition and expansion: identify and onboard new motor dealerships to partner with the company. this involves approaching dealerships, presenting the value proposition of the mddsa channel, and negotiating agreements.

relationship management: build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with dealership owners, general managers, and sales teams. this is crucial for ensuring cooperation, increasing sales, and resolving any issues that arise.

sales strategy and planning: develop and execute plans to drive sales within the assigned channel. this includes setting targets for the dealership network, creating and launching sales initiatives, and analyzing performance data.

training and support: train dealership staff on the company's motor insurance products, sales processes, and the benefits of selling policies at the point of sale. they provide ongoing support and a single point of contact for the dealers.

performance monitoring: regularly track and analyze the sales performance of the dealership channel. they use this data to prepare reports for senior management, identify underperforming areas, and implement corrective actions.
