Job Title: Manager sustainability services Delhi/NCR for GE3S a Multinational Consulting Organization

We are looking for an experienced professional with good connections in the sustainability sector of northern India. The candidate should have between 3 to 7 years of experience in providing sustainability services for corporates. The candidate should have good understanding and project delivery experience primarily for sustainability reporting, strategy and CSR. Understanding of carbon footprint and green buildings would be an added advantage. The candidate would be expected to manage the entire cycle of project delivery. The role would also include business development for the organization and therefore the candidate must have existing contacts and relationships with prospective clients in India.

Skills/Experience:

Experience - 3-7 years

Excellent written and oral business communication skills

Demonstrated experience with consensus and relationship building

Experience and track record in public speaking and media to promote activities

Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of clients

Evidence of client networking success

Should be able to introduce the organisations services to multiple organisation in India converting into opportunities for proposal submission

Should have completed multiple sustainability reporting/strategy/CSR assignments

Good understanding of green buildings (LEED/IGBC/Griha) and Carbon market shall be an added advantage but isn't a mandatory requirement

Possess good understanding of Indian sustainability sector and be able to advise the direction into which GE3S should channelise its resources

Willing to travel on assignments in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai/Abu Dhabi)
