Planning & overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Finding & developing new markets & improving sales.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Developing quotes & proposals for clients.
Attending conferences, meetings, & industry events.
Training personnel & helping team member develop their skills.
Developing goals for the development team & business growth & ensuring they are met.
Brainstorming with the business development team to create new project strategies.
Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
Researching the market & industry trends
BDM Requirements:
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage complex projects & multi-task.
Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
Able to make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
Bachelors degree in management, business, or related field; Master (MA or MSc) in Business or related field preferred
Extensive knowledge of industry preferred
Excellent analytical and time-management skills
Up-to-date on the latest industry trends; able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently
Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
