Role: Business Development Manager (IT, Non-IT & BPO)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in our IT, Non-IT, and BPO divisions. This role demands strategic thinking, market insight, and strong relationship-building capabilities to scale our business to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients across any field, IT, Non-IT, and BPO service lines

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and digital channels

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement

• Collaborate with internal teams to design and present customized solutions

• Prepare compelling proposals, RFPs, and service pitches

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead

• Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets

• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client communication, and progress reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

• 3 to 10+ years of proven experience in business development, preferably across any IT services, BPO, or staffing solutions

• In-depth knowledge of any field of IT solutions, outsourcing models, and BPO processes

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Target-driven with a proactive mindset

• Familiarity with CRM tools
