Job Description

Job Summary- The primary role of the Business Development Representative is to generate and qualify leads with efficient lead generation practices, constant follow-up and convincing skills.

Qualification- Any Degree

Experience- Minimum 18 months of proven experience in Sales or relevant role in a customer-facing environment

Excellent communication skills

Proficient in delivering attractive presentations

Good knowledge of MS Office

Commercial awareness

Positive, confident, self-motivated and results-driven approach

Perseverance, resilience and the ability to cope with rejection

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Hunt for new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

Build networks and increase your spheres of influence in order to grow prospect lists

Qualify leads and fix meetings for further discussion

Constant follow-up with prospects through various channels without annoying them

Achieve monthly or annual targets

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Reporting to- Chief Executive Officer
