Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

· Experience in Business Development, IT and Non-IT Sales

· Prospect for potential new clients

· Conduct market research to identify commercial opportunities.

· Generate sales Lead and visit clients to acquire, promote services and Build Healthy Relationships with them.

· Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices

· Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales

· Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

· Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

· Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends


Qualifications/Skill Set:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales and Marketing

Fluency in written and spoken English

Aware of the latest market trends and shifts, as well as projections for the future

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office

· Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

· Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

· Pleasant personality with confidence, ability to develop & maintain rapport with the Customers
