job summary:
we are hiring enthusiastic and goal-oriented telecallers to join our bpo team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries over the phone, making outbound calls, and resolving customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
key responsibilities:
make outbound calls to customers for sales, feedback, or support.
handle inbound queries and resolve customer complaints professionally.
provide accurate information regarding products/services.
record customer details and interactions accurately in crm systems.
achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
key skills required:
good communication skills in english and/or regional languages.
basic computer knowledge (ms office, typing).
active listening and problem-solving skills.
ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
polite, patient, and confident on calls.
preferred:
prior experience in bpo / call center / telecalling.
knowledge of crm tools or call-handling systems.
