Job Description

operations & logistics:

*plan and oversee daily sea and air shipments; allocate resources/staff accordingly.

*ensure timely execution of scheduled shipments.

*verify that all shipment documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements.

*manage freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation, and other related services efficiently.

*coordinate with other branches for inter-branch shipments and logistics support.

team management:

*conduct regular team reviews and provide guidance to improve performance.

*ensure optimal productivity and morale within the branch team.

financial accountability:

*take full responsibility for the profit & loss (p&l) of the branch.

*implement strategies to improve profitability and reduce operational costs.

*ensure timely collection of payments from customers.

requirements:

*bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.

*strong understanding of international shipping, customs regulations, and logistics operations.

*excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
