Job Description

*📍 location:** borivali, mumbai

*💼 industry:** bpo – sales process (on-paper qa position)

*💰 salary:** ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience)

*🕒 shift:** morning rotational shifts

**key requirements**

* **experience:** minimum handling of **20 executives*

* experience in **motor insurance** is highly preferred.

**responsibilities**

* monitor and evaluate calls for quality and compliance.

* provide feedback and coaching to executives to improve performance.

* maintain qa reports and ensure process adherence.

* work closely with team leaders and management to meet quality goals.
