qualification: graduate, must have excellent knowledge of advance excel.

job responsibilities:

• generating performa invoices, tax invoice, e-way bills, credit/debit note to the super stockiest across india. should have experience of generating and maintaining records of the same, of minimum 26 super stockist across india.

• follow up with super stockiest and ensure timely entry of closing inventory at super stockist level.

• processing scheme claims of stockiest and incentive calculation of field force based on targets given.

• validating and maintain system and physical inventory from time to time, in coordination with warehouse manager and accounts.

• preparing reports on sales and submitting to gm-sales and management.

• liaising with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries and yearly contracts of transporters; checking data accuracy in orders and invoices.

• entering data for invoices and delivery notes relating to purchases within facilities, including details regarding quantities in order to provide accurate data for setting budgets.

• preparation of monthly presentation data.
