Job Description

- Prepare, monitor, and verify quantities based on drawings and site execution.

- Prepare and review client bills (RA Bills) and ensure timely certification.

- Prepare subcontractor and vendor bills, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.

- Work with project teams to maintain updated BOQs, rate analysis, and cost estimates.

- Prepare and monitor variation claims, deviation statements, and extra item justifications.

- Validate work-in-progress and reconcile with contractors and consultants.

- Ensure strict compliance with government project billing formats, CPWD/MoRD/State PWD standards.

- Liaise with clients, third-party consultants, and site teams for billing-related matters.

- Provide support in project budgeting, tender quantity vetting, and cost control measures.

- Keep records for audits, inspections, and departmental reviews.
