Job Description

Perform managerial and administrative duties to support the operations in the back office of the company

Gather, manage, and organize the company’s data

Monitor and manage payroll, accounting, human resources, and other activities

Prepare financial reports and oversee payables and receivables

Manage and schedule meetings, events, appointments, travel arrangements, etc

Perform market research and analyze research data

Manage the company’s finances by creating invoices, writing checks and bills, issuing receipts, etc

Oversee project timelines and ensure the smooth execution of all back-office activities
